Tim Creson
President
Tim brings over 30 years of experience in heavy highway construction. Tim started in the industry as a laborer and worked his way through the ranks while attending college at night and on weekends. He has experience with all types of project delivery methods and contract values up to $3 billion. Tim has a passion for building, and has learned through experience that the first thing you build on any project is a team.
Tim takes an active role in the industry, serving on boards through the years for the AGC and ARTBA as well as other local trade associations. Tim has a BBA from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Adolph Pavlicek
Corporate Equipment Director
Adolph has over 35 years in the field of Construction Equipment Mechanics and has been with Texas Sterling since 2003. Adolph's previous positions include Shop Mechanic and Master Technician for twelve years in the field, Shop Foremen, Equipment Superintendent, Equipment Manager, Shop Manager, and DOT Compliance.
Adolph is a graduate of TSTI in Waco Texas and completed a 2-year apprenticeship in the field. Additionally, Adolph has attended a number of manufacturer certified courses for engineers.
Clint Warren
Construction Manager
Clint joined Texas Sterling during the acquisition of the Kinsel Industries Highway/Paving Division in 2002 as a Project Superintendent. Clint has worked in the Heavy Highway Industry for 32 years building highways and bridges in several states. Clint has performed maintenance and repair as well as new construction for barge and ship docks on the Houston Ship Channel and surrounding plants along the Galveston Bay and Port Arthur areas in the Marine Construction Industry for 4yrs. Clint performed roles as Project Superintendent, General Superintendent, and Construction Manager before taking on the role of Area Manager in 2019 for South Texas Operations in San Antonio during his tenure at Texas Sterling Construction.
Chris Compton
South Texas Area Manager
Chris joined Texas Sterling in 2016 as a Project Manager in the North Texas Division with 15+ years of Heavy Civil/Highway experience. Prior to working in heavy civil construction and beginning in high school, Chris worked in multiple industries, including golf course maintenance, clothing sales, restaurants, and event catering learning different leadership lessons along the way. Chris moved to Texas in 2015 and previously worked on projects in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Missouri. Prior to Texas Sterling, he started his career in heavy civil as an Intern working his way through multiple project management roles and company leadership responsibilities. He has participated in numerous projects constructing highways and bridges, railroads, airports, and other infrastructure works. Chris has worked on projects for multiple department of transportations, Department of Defense, Corps of Engineers, and various local municipalities.
Ronnie Wine
Division Manager - RDI Foundation
Ronnie joined Texas Sterling Construction during the acquisition of RDI Foundation in 2006 and brought over 30 plus years of Construction Industry experience. Ronnie began his career as a laborer and worked his way through various positions including Carpenter, Welder, Surveyor, Superintendent, General Superintendent, Operations Manager and on to his current position as a Division Manager. With his 30 years of experience in the Foundation Drilling Industry, Ronnie has applied his expertise to the marine industry, refinery, highway, airport, railroad, commercial and power line projects in locations such as Puerto Rico, Mexico, and numerous states spanning the U.S.
